Chittenango is a small school compared to other schools around the area. However, despite our size, we still have kids who will be playing their respective sport in college. We have students playing lacrosse, hockey and baseball in college. However, there are still kids who might play but just have not committed yet.
Chittenango Lacrosse has three students playing in college. For the guys, Connor Bradbury, a goalie, will be attending Division I Binghamton university to play Lacrosse and study pre-med. He has been committed to Binghamton since last November. “I’m super excited to have this opportunity and pursue my dream”, Connor told us. On the girls side, defender Sequoya Roberts will be attending Division III Buffalo State University to play Lacrosse. Attacker Persephone Rohrer will be playing at Division III Utica University and plans to major in Nursing.
Kendra Garlock is a hockey player who has played all of her life. She will be playing Division I Hockey next fall. She has recently committed just a couple weeks ago. Kendra is very excited for this opportunity.
Evan Tianello will be playing baseball at Division III Mount Saint Mary College next fall. The Left Handed Pitcher committed in August to the program down in Newburgh, New York. He is super excited. “I’m just really excited to keep playing. I think there is a lot of opportunity and I’m grateful to be able to play at the next level.” Evan will be majoring in communications or Physical Therapy.
Chittenango is proud to recognize these students for their achievements and hard work! Go Bears!
