Chicken and cheese quesadilla with Chef AJ

Make chicken quesadillas with AJ and Ms.Compoli

While you couldn’t be there in person, we invite you to join us at BOCES on Thompson Road as we enjoyed a delicious cooking experience! Heat up the skillet and let’s get cooking!!

Step1) get equipment and ingredients

Equipments
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Cheese grater
- Plate
Ingredient
- Cheese
- Chicken
- Tortilla Shells
- Any toppings you want

Step 2) Heat up the frying pan with butter, then cook the chicken until it’s done âœ”ï¸. When the chicken is done, put it to the side.

Step 3) Put the tortilla in the hot pan.

Step 4) Load the chicken, cheese, and toppings on one side of the tortilla. Then flip over the tortillas shells on the topping.

Step5( make sure each side of the quesadilla are golden brown.

Step6( serve and eat
