The Chittenango Girls Varsity Lacrosse team put up a valiant fight against Windsor, at Windsor on April 11,ultimately losing a very close game by a score of 13-14. The team showcased a strong offensive effort, including Anna Lazzaro who netted an outstanding 6 goals. And Reese was another key offensive player contributing 3 goals to the teams total. Also a significant performance was shown in the draw controls. Persephone Roher and Gracie Brazell worked to win multiple possessions, giving the team opportunities to set up their offense and control the game. Despite the narrow defeat, the Chittenango girls varsity lacrosse team displayed impressive skill and a competitive spirit that bodes well for their upcoming games.
